How We Ship from the Holy Land

Every Piece of Holy Land order begins here in the Holy Land. From preparing your Christian gifts to handing your parcel to the international postal network, we manage the process locally and send your order directly to you with tracking.

Here is what happens after you place your order.

1. Your Order Is Prepared in the Holy Land

We carefully prepare and pack your order during the week. Depending on what you choose, your parcel may include Bethlehem olive wood crosses or crucifixes, rosaries, Holy Water, Holy Soil, Christian jewelry, or other devotional gifts from our collection.

Many of our olive wood items are handcrafted in Bethlehem by local Christian artisans. Eligible products also include their Certificate of Authenticity where specified on the individual product page.

2. We Dispatch Orders Every Monday

Our regular international dispatch takes place once a week, on Mondays. Orders are prepared during the week and normally leave the Holy Land with our next Monday dispatch.

If you order after the weekly shipment has already been prepared, your parcel will normally leave the following Monday.

Pre-order, custom, or personalized products may require additional preparation time and may follow a different dispatch schedule.

3. Your Parcel Receives International Tracking

Every order is shipped with tracking. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Tracking may take up to approximately 48 hours after dispatch to become active. It is also normal for international tracking to pause temporarily while a parcel moves between postal networks or passes through customs.

4. Your Order Travels from the Holy Land to Your Country

After dispatch, your parcel enters the international postal network and travels to the destination country. Once it arrives, it is normally transferred to the local postal service for final delivery.

For orders to the United States, USPS normally handles the final-mile delivery.

5. Typical Delivery Times After Dispatch

Most international orders arrive approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch.

For Australia and New Zealand, delivery is typically approximately 7–14 business days after dispatch.

These estimates begin after the parcel has been dispatched and do not include order preparation time. International delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and may occasionally be affected by customs, postal networks, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders of $89 USD or more.

Customs & Import Charges

International customs rules vary by country. Depending on your destination, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply.

Unless checkout specifically states otherwise, any destination-country customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the recipient's responsibility.

From the Holy Land to Your Home

We know that many of the items we send are more than ordinary purchases. They may be Baptism or First Communion gifts, crosses for a new home, rosaries for prayer, Holy Water from the Jordan River, or meaningful gifts for someone important to you.
