Refund policy

We aim to make our return and refund process clear, fair, and straightforward for all customers. If something is not right, we are here to help.

This policy explains what is eligible for return, how to request one, and what you can expect during the refund process. Please read it carefully before initiating a return.

We accept returns within 30 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• It is unused and in the same condition as received.
• It includes all original tags and packaging.
• You are able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be approved before you send anything back. Please follow these steps:

1. Email us at info@pieceofholyland.com to request a return authorization.
2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions before shipping your item.
3. Ship the approved item to the address below.

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can work toward a resolution.

To help us assess the issue, we may ask for photographs of the item and its packaging. Prompt reporting allows us to resolve your case as efficiently as possible.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address, a failed delivery attempt, or an unclaimed parcel, we will contact you to arrange reshipping.

Reshipping costs in these cases are the responsibility of the customer. We will resend the order once the new shipping fee has been paid.

Before Shipment

If you need to cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at info@pieceofholyland.com. We will do our best to process the cancellation before your order leaves our facility.

After Shipment

If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible before delivery. You may return the item once it arrives, subject to the return eligibility conditions outlined above.

Please be aware that original shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped. Return shipping costs are also the responsibility of the customer.

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-made products
• Personalized or engraved items

If you have a question about whether a specific item is eligible before placing your order, please reach out to us before purchasing.

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original product following the steps in Section 3. Once your return is approved and processed, you are welcome to place a new order for the item you need.

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 30 days of receipt, without providing a reason.

The item must still meet the return eligibility conditions set out in Section 2 — it must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the outcome. If your return is approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover irreversible processing costs.
