Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically ship within five business days of order placement. Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time beyond this standard window.

Shipping Origins & Delivery Areas
All orders ship directly from Jerusalem or Haifa, Israel. We deliver to a wide range of international destinations. Please be aware that regional circumstances may occasionally affect shipping timelines. In such cases, we will do our best to keep you informed.
International Shipping & Customs
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have questions about applicable fees.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active and reflect updates.
Shipping Address Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. Piece of Holy Land is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If a package is returned to us for this reason, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. To receive the order, the customer will be responsible for any applicable reshipping costs, which must be paid before the order is resent. The same policy applies to packages that are unclaimed or not collected within the carrier's collection timeframe.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, customs processing, or regional disruptions. We appreciate your patience in these situations and will provide updates whenever possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Piece of Holy Land is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen at the delivery location. If you believe your package was lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, please contact us and we will assist you in filing an inquiry with the carrier.
